These are Strawberry cupcakes with strawberry buttercream (hence the pink sandy result), made for Yuni’s order for a girlfriend B’day gift.

I’m using summer theme chocolate topper, took me forever to do it but the result was soooo satisfying,

one happy baker here !!!!

Coffee Cupcakes with Raspberry Frosting

After trying so many different frosting I’m finally happy with Raspberry (^_^)

Its a gorgeous mix between the coffee aroma and fresh raspberry frosting .. I could eat a dozen in one seating … somebody please stop me !!!!!

Leah order a dozen of these cupcakes, I sent another half dozen to friends and they said thumbs up for the taste and the look .. yaaayyyy .. one happy baker here !!!

Delish Strawberry Cupcakes

This cupcake was made as per Ponti of Birdcage request, I tried 5 different recipes from 5 different people and finally settled on this one. As you all know, I’m very big into good looking cupcakes that taste delicious (being perfectionist me), I spent nearly 5 hours in the kitchen just trying to bake batch after batch of Strawberry Cupcakes !!!!

Very happy with this one, the fresh strawberry in it made the cake taste very fresh, its also super fragrant thanks to the strawberry yoghurt and last but not least, delicious sweet & sour icing (I’m using fresh strawberry mashed & confectioner sugar .. gracias Mindy !)
